I grew up in a motel.
My mother ran a small inn on the water, and my father worked developing and implimenting solar vaccine refrigerators out of a side office in the lobby. We lived in room number six. Close enough to fish from the window if we wanted to.
Travel wasn’t a luxury, it was a way of life shaped by my father’s work in renewables. From the Peruvian Amazon to remote parts of Vietnam, I spent my childhood moving through places most people only pass through briefly. Those early experiences shaped how I see: always observing, always looking for the feeling beneath the surface, always collecting stories.
Today I work with light, like my father and I work in hospitality, like my mother. A sum of their parts and something completely unexpected.
I photograph food, spaces, and people with an emphasis on atmosphere. Images that don’t just show what something looks like, but what it feels like to be there. My approach is rooted in storytelling, guided by intuition, and refined through a deep understanding of light and people.
This is my story.
Now let’s tell yours.
